Amy Chambers cheered by other people 25 times.
Amy is part of a crowd that's making a huge noise. Amy has been cheered by 25 people - that's a round of applause just on their own. We hope they keep it up.

Six runners joined us for a very humid evening and a run back to The Courtyard to help tidy the walkway. The first task was to congratulate Michelle on her wedding and look at all the pictures! Once she had told us all the stories of her secret wedding, it was time to get to work!
First up we had to move two big logs which Chris got stuck straight into, while the rest of us got stuck into weeding and digging out what seemed like a small tree (but more like a very stubborn weed) that just didn’t want to budge! Thankfully Meera was able to pull it out, after Fiona had spent half an hour getting no where with it! We swept up all the leaves from the path to reveal the lovely tiles underneath.
As tonight’s run to the task was so long we didn’t have time to do a fitness session. Saying that, the run back to base is still hilly, so it wasn’t an easy ride and everyone had to put in a little bit of extra effort!
Once at base we had a quick stretch to cool down. Next week is a new task where we will be helping out at Trinity Close Residents Group.
See you all next week,
Rob

Great to see everyone tonight, especially Balal after running the Shakespeare marathon at the weekend.
For tonight’s task we were back at Age UK charity shop, continuing where we left off with the painting!
A massive well done to everyone, the work we’ve done there is having a great impact on the shop and Veronica really appreciates all the painting we’ve done so far. We’ll be back next week for the final time, painting anyway.
After the obligatory photo, we were on our way to Tudor Grange park for a pyramid session. This involves running hard for increasing intervals (from 30 seconds to 1 minute) with 30 seconds rest in between. Everyone pushed themselves and showed good commitment to the session. Liam and George lead at front with Rachel and Jess pushing each other along.
See you all next week to finish off the last bit of painting and look upon the great work we’ve achieved.
