Supported Blossome a local charity that help people with loved ones struggling with or lost to addiction. Not only did I raise money through sponsorship and do the dip itself on NYD. I also arrived early, to set up, meet and greet other dippers and lead all the dippers into the sea while practicing mindfulness.

Stars, planets and helicopters shone above Colchester as the Goodgymers helped invite people to Level Best Art Cafe's Christmas Market (2nd December).
We delivered door to door before going into the city centre to check our the Christmas Light display. The High Street sparkled and Lion Walk was crowded due to presence of stormtroopers and batman!
Such big crowds for a Wednesday evening...the festive season has begun.

Em Donnachie (She/her) completed 25 good deeds with GoodGym.
Em has already done 25 good deeds with GoodGym. Instead of doing anything else, they've used their run to go and help people that need their help; digging, lifting, scraping, clearing, planting and weeding. Stuff that makes this a better place to be.

A chill in the air and a misty moon, waxing whilst it lights the damp October streets of Stanway. The Goodgym team stealthily negotiate their way to the Foodbank...an early Halloween task and no tricks, just a clean up treat. We spotted the signs of ghosts, ghouls and zombies in the sub-urban upside-down but Stranger Things were about to arrive.
Frazer, approaching an impressive 100 Good Deeds, and I got to work but Em must have missed the Hogwarts Express and arrived on a second hand broom still in her Hogwarts uniform! Three is the magic number and our wands were brushes and mops and our potion was mop bucket water!
Once a year Goodgym gets a little creepy, but as Ron says: "You're a little scary sometimes, you know that? Brilliant...but scary."
