Five have plenty of (foodie) fun

Southwark Report written by Linda Gatley

Stocking shelves, spreading hope:My 'Bourough food cooperative' experience

Southwark Report written by Dipeeka Paste

I had the rewarding opportunity to volunteer at a Borough Food Cooperative, where I assisted in sorting and stocking food and grocery items. The experience was both humbling and enlightening. Our supervisor was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, guiding us through the process and sharing insights into the food bank's operations and mission. His dedication, along with the organization’s commitment to fighting hunger, made a lasting impression on me. Contributing to their mission and seeing firsthand the positive impact it has on the community left me feeling inspired and grateful to be part of their work.
