Julia Glen earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Julia completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Julia was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Southwark Report written by Sam Lefevre (he/him)
What a great start with the Kennington Park Road Tenants & Residents Association! 👏
This was GoodGym Southwark'first involvement with them and it was also a warm welcome to Julia who turned out for her first GoodGym Mission! 😊
Sandy welcomed us into their residence and greeted us to her daughter and the other members of the TRA. She gave a brief introduction and showed us the plot as well as the tools they have (they are very well equipped). 💪🏼
We all got stuck in with the litter picking first before Julia and Effie took on a corner of the plot that needed sand to be raked, swept and cleared. Sam and Sandy got stuck into taking out weeds in another corner before progressing to trimming various hedges. 🌲 The hour and a half flew by! Sandy was very pleased with our work and efforts. She is more than happy to ask for GoodGym's help again. 🤞🏼
There was time at the end for a couple of photos, a helping to the rhubarb that they have been growing (which everyone will be making rhubarb crumble with) and Sam to play football with Eden, the toddler that was present. ⚽
