I'm a running coach and lead Durham Mums on the Run, a successful Durham Run Together group. We think of ourselves as more than a running group - we are a community who look after each other as well as run together! We have over 1000 members on our FB group and over 350 registered runners. I'm also a Run Leader Mentor for County Durham Sport's workplace running programme so you could say I'm a little bit obsessed with running! I love the idea of bringing together my passion for running with community development and assistance,
