Some more not as cold volunteering the day after our Henley Parkrun touristing. Returning to my regular Sunday morning haunt of Florence Park Junior Parkrun for a spot of Tailwalking for Event #199. I was glad for this role considering the low temperatures this morning. With a slight amendment to the course starting along the grass to avoid the icy path, I had a warm interval session of walking followed by a decent sprint after lap 1 and a nice jog/walk combo to finish. After packing away, we retreated to Flo's for hot drinks, token sorting and results processing afterwards.

Three slightly crazy Goodgymers made the journey to Henley in - 6 weather......

Henley-on-Thames parkrun is a gorgeous course - all trail, with a big old hill in the middle. Today we needed a warm up, just to keep warm! Conditions were frosty and beautiful.

We then had a jaunt into town for the all important coffee and planning our next tourism destination!
