Well done to everyone who turned up to Chorlton Park on Saturday to help (and in some cases hinder - Freddy and Fizz!) with the tidy up operation!

Today we popped up at the first edition of Chorlton Pride to help them get set up before proceedings began.
We were on marquee duty and managed to put up 5 in super quick time and get them decorated too!
You guys are amazing, thank you so much!
It was great to see so many lovely people working together.
After we'd done all that we headed to the park for a fun fitness sesh included chucking tyres about!
Big well done and thanks everyone! xx

Well that was s blast!! We walked/ jogged and ran down to Pets' Corner at Longford Park to help the volunteers keep on top of their gardening.
Before we set to, we fed our goat face pals Frodo and Gandalf who were more than happy to accept our treats!
Once treated, the goats kept their beadies on us while we tidied up the viewing area so visitors can see the animals more clearly.
Thank you so much to Goodgym Trafford for all their hard work!
A big welcome to Rose who joined us for her first ever session - great to have you on board!
Lovely to see Meera, Mo, Dave and Luke back after a little break.
Lastly big thanks to our stalwart regulars Fiona and Althea for backmarking and coming up with a cracking pun respectively!
Thanks and well done everyone!!

Last night a team of Goodgym legends gathered together to assemble Grab bags for Ukraine refugees fleeing the war.
In what can only be described as warp speed, we collated essential items such as candles, matches, toiletries into gifted rucksacks ready for shipping to Poland.
what a fantastic team!
This was our second mission working in partnership with Trafford Veterans to help Ukraine and we were so pleased to have been able to help them send a total of 707 boxes and to pack c40 grab bags for distribution.
Congrats and welcome to two newbies:
Thanks so much to everyone for all your hard work!
Check out our listing for our next Group Session on 30th March!
