On a crisp Sunday monring, goodgymers got together for another Junior Parkrun - a wonderful brisk task.
We cheered and clapped, encouragement at every 100m, a brilliant way to start the day and end the weekend.
Today we saw 194 young participants and there were 36 volunteers.

Cardiff Junior parkrun celebrated their 400th event today! There were 185 finishers, 17 of whom ran for the first time here. 48 juniors achieved a new personal best time, and 10 juniors achieved milestone wristband achievements.

On a drizzly day, 8 goodgymers made their way to help the future generations of runners at junior Parkrun.
And this week our regular Flo was in fact Race Director.
Event number 377, 101 runners (it didn't seem like that many until scannign at the end) and a goos 28 volunteers.
Another wonderful Sunday in the park, even with some rain.

Another Sunday morning, and this means it's time for Juniour Parkrun.

91 Juniors took part today, and there was a wealth of achievements.
2 junior runners achieved their half marathon wristband (meaning they have run 11 junior parkrun events), 10 junior runners were first timers to either this event or junior parkrun in general, and 24 junior runners got a personal best time result today.
All of this was possible due to the core team who volunteer week after week, plus a little bit extra GoodGym help.

After a last minute call out from the Junior Parkrun crew seven Cardiff goodgymers answered the call. A quick briefing at 09:00 and we were ready to cheer, a huge 160 runners today so plenty to cheer for.
It was a lovely crisp Autumnal day for it, with plenty of buzz in the park. A perfect reason to stay for a coffee and a catch up once finished.
