A sunny afternoon in Leyton made a change for the Outward Crew. Some great mobility warm up, walking, skipping, strength building, coordination and agility drills rounded off with a series of static stretches made for a great session in the East London Sunshine.

walked 1.5 miles around Hackney Downs and played shuttle run game picking up cones on Basketball court
