Ben and I enjoyed a daylight run along the Riverside Way to the Tolson Museum in Ravensknowle Park. We met up with Louise and David and between us picked up four bags of assorted rubbish from the clock tower and surrounding park. A job well done on a wet and blustery evening.

GoodGym Huddersfield clocked on for an hour of hard labour this evening cleaning the clock tower in Ravensknowle Park.
Kati Law, Louise Galvin, Wendy Redmile and I, swept, scrubbed and litter picked to leave the clock tower looking much better than before.

....would smell as sweet. That may well be the case but last night the Friends of Ravensknowle Park wanted GoodGym's help in getting rid of some wild rises in the flower bed at the Memorial Garden.
One hour, a broken fork and a lot of sweat later, Kati Law, Ben Godfrey, David Bilton, Richard Byrne and myself had extracted a number of the roses, and Louise Galvin turned up with some much appreciated chocolate treats.
Well done team!

We had a half century to celebrate this evening, David Bilton made his 50th task....abd had the dubious honour of sporting the "50" superhero cape, good effort David, well done.
In addition to David tonight we had GoodGym stalwarts Kati Law and Ben Godfrey, weeding and tidying the Ravensknowle Memorial Garden ahead of this weekend’s Woven Festival. Well done team...yet another top task!

There was plenty of weeding to be done at Ravensknowle Memorial Garden this evening, and fortunately GoodGym were on hand to oblige and enjoy some lovely evening sunshine.
Thanks to tonight's super weeders, Kati Law, Louise Galvin, Ben Godfrey, David Bilton and Alison Cottam who once again helped ensure the Memorial Garden was memorable for all the right reasons.

We definitely weeded this evening our first visit of the year to Ravensknowle Memorial Garden.
Thanks to Kati Law, Louse Galvin, Ben Godfrey, David Bilton and new girl Helen Ahmad for their collective efforts this evening.
Although it needs a bit more work the garden is beginning to look memorable for the right reasons once again.
Extra thanks also to Louise for providing our post-weeding refreshments!
