This morning we were up and out early to help set up gazibos and the start arch for the Greenwich and Bexley Hospice colour run. Always a fun but technical mission we got the inflatable arch in position. The next job was to attach the banner to the top of the arch which is a mission in its self. We've been putting up the arch for a few years now and it never gets any easier trying to get the start and finish banner on and level. You're having to deal with the arch inflating and knot tying at the same time ๐ and time is not your friend. With the team never going to be beaten we finally got the Colour Run arch up and ready to go. Mission complete. Thanks team ๐๐ป

Today we were helping out the Greenwich and Bexley Hospice by delivering leaflets spreading the word about their up and coming mini marathon for Kids.
There was no running from our selves instead it was a nice steady walk and talk
Thanks for the help team

It was a little cold around the mistle- toes this morning as we worked hard getting the Greenwich and Bexley's festive santa run on the way.
Starting off with getting the giant start and finish arch up it was then on to marking the guy lines with warning tape. Our next task was to get the flags in place which technically is never an easy job but to day all seemed to roll into place.
As all the santas were cold it was upto the Goodgym crew to get them warmed up and that's exactly what we did ๐๐ป You could say we absolutely sleighed this task ๐๐ป๐

This morning we delivered leaflets for the festive family run and the fab Christmas grotto. I really couldn't believe my mince pies when the team finished the task in record time, they really sleighed the day ๐๐ป๐
Thanks guys for a job well done ๐

Glorious morning at the Greenwich and Bexley Hospice Colour Run.
The teams main job today was to get the start and finish arch up and i gotta say it looked pretty good standing tall. Next on our agenda was to get the 800 strong walkers, joggers and runner warmed up for the event. Sarah introduced the great Goodgym work to the masses before handing the mic over to me to get the warm up rolling.
It wasn't finished there, it was now time to jump off the stage to get the colour runners into the right pens and get the party started. With the count down from the MC they were off and looking forward to being pounded by the paint. Sarah and Johnny courageously took on the job of back markers whilst Caz, Julian and me sorted out the railings and got the medals and finishers goodies ready to go ๐๐ป

Three Goodgymers met up to help the Greenwich and Bexley hospice deliver leaflets to advertise their up and coming colour run event.
We met at Lesnes Woods and headed up towards the hospice covering houses around their local area. I gotta tell you we smashed this task out in double time ๐ช๐ป
Tonight we were pleased to have the help of Olivia who joined us this evening from Greenwich Goodgym. It was great meeting you...........
Well done team that was really impressive.
