Tidy up and maintain a garden in a community center

Sunnybank is a community center in Broomhall, Sheffield. It has been shut for 8+ years but has a refurbishment project in place to reopen it. I am looking for social options to give people the option of an activity to help keep the garden area tidy and to develop it to look beautiful.
