We love a new task and it was the perfect night for it! We helped out at Welford Centre in Gosforth which is an amazing day care facility for adults with complex learning disabilities. The brilliant staff met us and explained all of the great services they provide to service users including rebound therapy- with the use of trampolines!

We kept our feet on the ground for this task though as we were there to help out in the massive gardens at the back of the centre. It was brilliant to have Eleanor along for her first task with GoodGym Newcastle as a regular GoodGymer in Bath. We love to get people on loan!

Two tasks awaited us tonight, weeding and planting. Anthony, Louise and Rae got stuck into some very pretty planting while everyone else hacked away the weeds- the best way to work off a stressful start to the week. We loved this task and can’t wait to go back later in the summer.
