Adeyinka is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Adeyinka completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Adeyinka was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

5 Goodgymmers made it to the food bank this time, with a couple new faces joining us, welcome to Adeyinka and Alexander!
It was a strange task, mostly due to the crazy heat making it one time we'd really prefer and outdoor task, and with energy low we'd opted to sweep and hoover but leave the mopping for another time. There was also a sparsity in the foodbank, owing to its imminent shutdown, meaning it could be our last outing there...
Happy to help where we can and enjoyed welcoming some new members, onto the allotment next week!
