Another great morning in Exeter quay and another litter pick completed by the Tuesday dream-team!

Rain, sunshine rainbows and some beautiful autumn colours, we had it all this morning! We also filled two big bin liners with litter, making the popular canal paths even nicer for the many walkers and runners who use them!

Massive shout out to Annika who continued the litter-pick all the way home after we had to say good-bye and filled another huge bag!

Its so sad to see so much litter around but it's weirdly satisfying to pick it up and make such a difference!

2 GoodGymers had a great time picking up litter along the canal path in Exeter this morning!

We made such a difference, got lots of extra steps in and enjoyed the glorious sunshine too!

It is truly amazing how much you can get done in 45 minutes! Today we did a litter-pick, clearing the canal path of litter, and got a some good exercise in at the same time. We filled a massive bag with beer cans, glass bottles, crisp packages and even a package of bacon..! Someone must have had a good party... but I think we had an even better time getting fit whilst doing good! Just the best way to start the day!

This was Annika's first good deed with the GoodGym although it turns out she's a bit of a pro when it comes to litter picking as she spent many of her daily walks during lockdown litter picking! Lets all give her a big cheer!

Despite just being the two of us we managed to fill two huge bin liners with litter in just 45 minutes! Just goes to show what a difference you can make in 45 minutes!
