Ciaran Price earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Ciaran completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Ciaran was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

18 Goodgymers headed to Poplar tonight to help with the continued transformation of a old bus depot in to a Crisis distribution hub and call centre.
This wil be the HQ for Crisis at Christmas.
Richard had a trio of jobs for us to complete tonight. Once the first timers had completed thier paper work and heath and saftey talk conpleted we headed off into the depths of the warehouse.
Team 1 had the task to complete the carpet tiling of the call centre
Team 2 voluteered for table moving in the office area
Team 3 had the critical job of saftey taping the floor....this is to ensure Richard has a clear path through the warehouse for the forklift.....a gentle sweep to start was required.....to vigerous and we risked setting the smoke alarms off.
Team 1 and 2 where so efficiant that Richard then tasked them to move several piles of plastic flooring......ready for Fridays helping hands

Greenwich Report written by Sarah Place
8 lovely runners ran 3km to help at the Greenwich & Bexley hospice charity shop!
Well what a lovely morning it was for a run! The perfect autumn day, super cold, but super sunny... my favourite! The best way to start our series of Big Half starter sessions!
We were joined by 4 newbies, Ciaran, Kate, Rina and Vinnie... welcome everyone! And 3 of our regular Wednesday runners, Alex, Steve and Gennie, great to see you in the hours of daylight!
After doing a little warm up by the gym we set off with a nice little jog to the charity shop. We were greeted by Sarah who explained a few things that needed doing. Rina, Gennie & Vinnie went out the back to sort out some donations. Ciaran opted for the hoovering and also doubled up as a great sales person, making twenty quid sale on a pair of shoes... NICE ONE! Whilst the twins and Kate cleaned and tidied in the main part of the shop.
It was so nice to be doing it in the light of day for a change, usually we do it at night time, when it's dark and when the shop is closed so it was nice to see it busy with customers and also busy with people dropping off donations.... CONSTANTLY!! Steve even had to help a nice lady with some bags from her car, she had about 12 bin bags crammed full of stuff!
Strike a pose!
We also had Ryan join us who was from the London Marathon events team who are putting on The Big Half. He was taking some snaps throughout the day and also a little video of us all going into the shop, which only took about 4 takes so that's pretty good I'd say!
After about half an hour at the shop, we headed to the university for a little fitness session. We did a few core exercises followed by some intervals and then we called it a day. A little jog back to the gym for a quick stretch and we were done!
Wednesday group runs!
Don't forget we have our normal Wednesday weekly group runs at 6.45pm meeting at the Old Royal Naval College. The format is exactly the same as what we did yesterday, it's just the run could potantially be a little bit longer that's all. So hopefully see you at a group run soon! The link to the next one is here.
We also have a GoodGym Greenwich Facebook group so please join! We have around 30 people running the Big Half from GoodGym Greenwich so it's a good opportunity to buddy up with someone in the local area for your longer runs on the weekend!
The next starter session is Saturday 16th December, all the details are here.
Great job yesterday everyone! You all did great on the run and really got stuck in with the task so well done! Hopefully see you all soon!
