Emma Hughes has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Emma is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Emma has forgone the usual weekend routine. Instead of lie-ins, roasts and strolls around the park Emma has dropped everything to run a GoodGym mission for someone who needed help. Respect

We came, we saw, we sweeped, we conquered!!
That is what literally happened. Welcoming Emma who was doing her first mission today, got a nice and easy one on a crisp and sunny Sunday morning.
After rapidly completing the task of sweeping the leaves for Ms J we asked if there was anything else that we could provide assistance for but she was more than happy with our 10 minute job saying how impressed she was.
From there we said our goodbyes and carried on to enjoy the rest of our Sunday.
