Emmet McNamee earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Emmet completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Emmet was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Emmet McNamee has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Emmet is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

There was a mixture of goodgymers that turned up to help out we had Redbridge goodgymers, we had Waltham Forest goodgymers and a newbie to goodgym. We started and consulted Adam (our baby bank contact) about any peices of clothing we were unsure about, but we sorted them and helped packing up and everyone went their own way from the mission. Redbridge goodgymers planned a social in a nearby pub afterwards.
