10 fitness seeking GoodGymers picked their exercise poison and dominated form drills and relay running around South London Town.
On a surprisingly mild evening in Kennington we got to it! Beginning the evening we with a little leaf removal quickly followed by a dynamic warm up and bursting into some cruitial running form drills really focussing on creating a light and super quick contact time with the ground while running.
Really getting our heart rates up skipping and bouncing up and down the square we worked hard, smart and accurately. Breaking off into pairs we smashed out 2 blocks of 5 minutes continuous relays with half a lap running and a short walk/jog recovery between reps.
After our awesome running we had a little pause to collect our thoughts and refuel before getting fully involved in the physical preparation portion of the session with a Pick you Poison circuit! Everyone got a chance to call out a number which corresponded to an exercise I had written down and a few lucky and a few unlucky exercise combinations got thrown up but what ever was called the effort and execution of the exercises was first class and we got Good work Done! finishing off with the newly created Super Burpee and a well needed cool down lap and revitalising static stretches.
Great to see you all tonight and hope to see you all next week! Remember if you have something running or exercise specific you would like to work on let me know and I will incorporate it into the session!
Be great if you signed up here and see you next week!

A great start to the November Fitness feast in Kennington!
9 amped up GoodGymers worked up a serious pace as we turned in a top performance on one of South London's hidden gems!
Nesting in the Kennington back streets we found a magical fitness track primed for all the hopping, marching and accelerating we could throw at it! Under the moon lite sky's we really focused on keeping clean heels with a more for foot stride and driving our knees up powerfully!
We worked hard to improve our balance, coordination and foot turn over before setting the streets on fire with a continuous relay with each speedy runner smashing out half a lap at a time before getting a short rest and going again!
Finishing off the session with a 4 station physical preparation circuit with a emphasis on the Core.
A great first session and hope to see some real progression with you all in the next 3 weeks!
Sign up here for next weeks session!
Have a great week
Smooth clean heels
