Gaia is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Great turn out to help Get Rid of and Donate charity tonight!
Amazing to have a big group of Students come along to help with the clothes distribution efforts!
Running down from Green Park to Charing Cross to meet the van. Creating a long line along the railings in pods where we helped the community to find the items they needed.
we had blankets, toiletries, trousers, coats, jumpers and socks all ready to go. Then out of the back of the van we handed out big bags, suitcases, sleeping bags, tents and a few pairs of shoes.
An all action hour which made a huge impact! Hope to see you again very soon!
