Kirsty has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Kirsty is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Brent Report written by Pritesh Mistry
Ooh has winter come?! Well the clocks have gone back so the darkness is really upon us and last night we had the temperatures to boot!
That, however, didn't stop SEVEN brilliant people joining me in Brent to do good and get fit including Kirsty who joined for the first time! After a quick intro and health and safety run through we warmed up (much needed) and then headed off for the longish run down to Queens Park.
We clocked just under 3.5km to meet Lindsey from Queens Park Community Council. This has become a regular task for us delivering the council newsletter: The Voice. This week we were covering a different area to usual which meant a slightly longer run and larger area to cover. We split into four groups and hit various roads in the area.
Everyone went to work and in no time with some running around from me to check on everyone we had covered the main areas. The main take away it seemed was that the dogs were out in force this evening and many of us received many a bark as we delivered our newsletters! Thankfully everyone survived the barks and once we had done our alloted streets we jogged back to meet Lindsey. We then had one more street to do so we all restocked on the newsletter and headed off.
We were running hard as we were short of time and we split the group and covered as many houses as possible! Once done we set ourselves up for a swift run back and made the journey back in super fast time.
Next week we have a shorter run to Brent Mencap - see you then!
Cheers,
Pritesh
