Tonight 10 GoodGymers ran up to Bedford Fields Community Garden to do a variety of tasks. Between us we emptied the van, tidied up the borders, cleared a path, weeded and litter picked the area! It was a whirlwind but we got a lot done in an hour and 10 minutes. We did however almost lose two members when Bryony & Shannen diligently litter picked on the paths above the garden...a moment of panic when we thought they'd got lost. Luckily they came back with 2 full bags of litter.

Lana has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Lana is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

With a nice big group of 15 GoodGymers, tonight we had two groups, one for runners & one for walkers and we all headed up to Rosebank to litter pick for Hyde Park Source.
We filled a whopping 15 purple bags full of weird & wonderful rubbish including jeans, knickers & a CCTV sign!
The area was much improved after we left, so well done to the whole team!
