Lisa Dyer has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Lisa is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Meanwhile in Westminster we headed down to St Andrews, the oldest youth club in the world to give it its monthly spring clean.
BUT before we did all that we met up at Westminster University and gave all of our newbies a run down of what we do at GoodGym, why we do it and why we appreciate YOUR HELP so much.
A quick health and safety briefing on the dangers of crossing the road, the etiquette used when steaming along New Bond Street and the correct technique used for powering down the hills into the park and we were off lol.
Now i don't know if you had all eaten your Wetabix this morning but you were all pushing the pace so we arrived in record time.
We entered St Andrews, said our hellos, listened as we were told what needed to be done. We were given the necessary cleaning products and with 15mins on the clock WE WERE OFF.
Hoovering, moping, wiping, dusting and whole lot of dancing around left the gym looking spotless. Honestly in the time we have been coming here I think it's the cleanest I have ever seen it.
I few reps on the punching bag and we were off out the door again but this time we were running up hill, so the question is how much did you have left in the tank? The answer? LOADS.
We arrived safely in no time at all, said our goodbyes and readied ourselves for when we meet again next week for yet more good old fashioned fun.
Thanks for coming...
