Today I marshalled at a cross country league race it all went well.

A big well done to our sub zero hereos today in bitter conditions we had Ian and Jimmy at Braunstone and the three wise men of Dave Abul and Martin at abbeypark keeping the parkrun show on the road well done everyone

Today in freezing conditions we had our hi vis heroes doing great things for goodgym and parkrun we had abul at abbeypark Dave at watermead and Ian at Braunstone all doing great things making the world 🌎 a better place.

Today on the winter solstice we had Amanda and Ian at Braunstone and Martin at abbeypark who did his 60th goodgym good deed this year there is brighter days ahead for us all.
