Tonight 9 GoodGymmers completed 200m intervals around Everards Meadows by running 2 sides of the square steady, 1 fast (200m), 1 walk/jog recovery.
Shout outs to Lizzie Fern Steph and Nigel for becoming GoodGym members, hope you enjoyed your first session.
