30 Goodgymers ran 6km to help to Scope Charity Shop on Camden High Street
Welcome along to Nicole whose first time it was last night - hope you had a good first GG! Also welcome to the GG Barnet Crew.
It fills me with great sadness to share that a fellow GoodGymer Jenny Spencer-Nairn has passed away, we send all our love and support to GoodGym Bristol, her family and friends. To start the evening we held a minute silence to remember her. RIP.

In the news this week:
Some of the group had a very special Crick Institute Tour - see pictures in the report. Thanks to Abi for organising!
After warming up we were off to help Scope Charity Shop, this fantastic shop sells clothes, accessories and more to help raise money for people with disabilities. We ran just under a mile to get to the shop and to get tasking.
Queue & get your tasks here!
As ever Helen was very organised and had all the jobs written down to be handed out:
Over 35 minutes we made a huge impact to our local community. Next we were off to Regents Park Inner Circle for a time trial and a run home.
Next week we'll be leafleting for Older Persons Services in Ashdown Crescent and gardening for Cecil Sharp House - sign up here.

23 Goodgymers ran 5km and helped Coram Fields with some leaf clearance fun!
Welcome along to Tom and Jordi whose first time it was last night - lovely to have you along!
In the news this week:
After an early intro and a quick warm up we headed to Coram Fields to make the 19.10 deadline, upon arrival we met Noel (Head Groundsman). He set us to work with clearing the leaves in the Wildlife Reserve (we couldn't go in too deep as the bee's were polluting) and we also concentrated on the quads. This 7-acre community space is a unique oasis in the middle of London, used by children and young people in the local area and visiting in London. The charity really relies on volunteers to survive - making us very important!
Leaf it out!
Using rakes, brooms, scrops and bags we collected up mountains of leaves (filling 7 bags) and clearing up the sandpit area - nice! After the group run we headed to Russell Square for some fitness fun! Set out into three parts:
After all the evenings excitement we headed to the the pub to eat cake and cheers Katherine's 50th!
Sign up next week here when we'll be sorting donations for Scope Charity Shop.
