Removed User logged their first training run with GoodGym.
Oh yes. Removed is training. This is how the greatest atheletes on earth are made. Removed is making it happen. They logged their first training run on the GoodGym site; extraordinary things are sure to follow.

Three lovely runners came out to Camden to experience Goodgym for the first time and learn some good running habits.
Running 101
This week's focus was going to be on speed work, but was adapted to introduce the group to running best practice:
Backwards arm drive
Posture
Legs
Using drills to build in the muscle memory:
Core blimey
We finished the session in Primrose Hill with some cross-training exercises - these strengthen your core muscles, which help keep your body aligned as you run.

As is now Polly's tradition we finished with a warm down in front of the bingo hall.

Removed User completed their first half marathon with GoodGym.
Removed has completed their first Half Marathon. This badge means they've successfully completed 13.1 miles for the first time.

Removed has just run their first 10k. 10,000 metres would take you most of the way across London. It's far. Removed now knows a bit of what it might be like to be Mo Farah.
