I've lived in Canton and Riverside for 9 years after moving to Cardiff to start a tech business. I believe you get out of life what you put in...and that we have a responsibility to contribute to our community, help those who aren't as lucky as we are and keep ourselves in good shape physically and mentally. I run 3 or 4 times a week and often think "wouldn't it be great to have a bunch of folk run out here and sort out this mess", and it worries me that when I see elderly friends need help to get to the shops or do simple jobs at home that there may be others that don't have support. So...I'd like to help make GoodGym happen in Cardiff...
