Todays session saw us take a brisk walk around Pimlico to get our pulses raised! We added in a some dynamic exercises to improve our range of movement before a series of static stretches rounded off the session.
Table tennis was the battle today! 40 minutes of top spinning action before a 1k walk to Victoria finished off a super productive series of sessions!!
