Trystan Harding earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Trystan completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Trystan was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Trystan Harding has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Trystan is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Rhythms of Life is a charity dedicated to helping the homeless, founded by the indefatigable Andrew. Five runners turned up to the appropriately named Bleeding Heart Yard on a sunny Wednesday evening to help him out. We filled his van with food supplies and made a start on moving catering equipment that will need to be shifted when Rhythms of Life relocates to new premises soon. Andrew regaled us with great stories and Mongolian heavy metal while we worked! It was a great little session and a lot of fun, with some bonus resistance training from moving boxes.
