I teach the next generation of mental health nurses at Anglia Ruskin University. Before this I was dementia specialist nurse for nearly four years at Addenbrookes and have worked in older people’s mental health since 1999. I am running the Paris and Liverpool marathons having run Brighton last year. I’m not the fastest runner but I love how it makes me feel.
