☔️ Luckily for the park, it’s been a drizzly weekend so there have been less people littering in the park.

🌳 Sadly though, a bit of rain doesn’t deter all the litter, with heaps of bottle tops, gas canisters, masks and beer tins in the grass and in the bushes. Lots of cute puppies around, which was extra motivation to pick up all the tiny twiddly bits of plastic that people leave behind 😞

Each of us spent an hour and filled a bag of rubbish. Look out for future litter pick missions at the common!
