Simon, Freddie and Sian met up for the second session with the Track and Towpath Run Group this morning.
Every fortnight, Simon leads a specific coached workout at Mile End Athletics Track. We engaged in a 5km target session today.
Here is a breakdown of the workout:
5 minutes warm up
800m @ 10km pace, with 200m recovery (15 minutes)
2 minutes rest
400m @ 5km pace, with 200m recovery (10 minutes)
400m cool down
We will be back on Wednesday 5th February at 7.45am!
