Did you know that during WWII a bomb which landed in Brockwell Park made the turret of the church jump, rotate 90 degrees and then land back exactly in position where it has remained ever since??! You learn something new everyday at GoodGym!

Tilly and Michael met AA Yianny down at Papa's (along with a special guest appearance) and were ready to set off on a lovely bright evening run across to Holy Trinity.

Once AA had made a quick errand run he arrived just before our runners and the welcome was warm and cordial from James (aka Father Nature), Nicole and Naomi.

Our task this evening was to clear the grassy knoll around the large tree of all the scrabble grass, rocks and bricks and bindweed so that it can be nicely turfed to match the rest of the gardens.

We didn't have long but did manage to get through plenty of work and despite the hope of finding medieval coins or treasure we only found a metal from ornament ;0)

Despite some recent issues with the website things are back to normal now so check out the listings for upcoming Group Runs and I look forward to seeing you all soon!
