3 GoodGymers dominated 50 minutes of interval action in the first GoodGym Lunch Run Club.
Starting with purpose on a very soggy Monday, we headed off to St James’s Park and really got stuck into some 1 minute intervals. Getting our legs turning over at a fast rate before showing our strength with a pair of 5 minute Tempo efforts. Obviously finishing fast with a couple of speedy 1 minute reps to round off a high quality session!!
Top effort!! Hope to see a big group next week to develop our speed endurance.
