Finding Ms C's GP surgery, where her new insulin pen was waiting for her, was easy enough and the evening receptionist did her best to help locate it for me. Mission impossible this time though because the keys needed were not available... so I phoned Ms C to explain we'd have to reschedule delivery for after the weekend. We had a nice chat anyway and she was grateful to me for trying!
