After an early morning start I made my way to collect my bib and get into position on the river behind Hampton Court Palace.

3.5 hours saw thousands of runners, a few collisions avoiding, two med team fallouts, and a generous helping of dogs lending their support.

Well done to all the runners who passed by and smashed it!
