Tonight it was lovely to have JC join us from GG Greenwich. It was great to see you and glad you enjoyed your visit to GG Brum.

Tonight's task was to find the cycling networks signs to clean, hence the pun, which if you didn't know is from one of the Inbetweeners films!

We set off down the canal, each of us taking it in turns to clean a sign. It was particularly helpful that JC was tall to reach the highest signs!

We ran all the way down beyond Aston Lock towards Spaghetti Junction, before heading back the way we came up some rather tough hills.

We arrived back at 1000 Trades, having done a nice 7k :)
