Ms I was a little confused when we arrived at her front door this afternoon - but after a quick explanation as to why we were there, and a quick read out loud of the mission instructions, it all became a bit clearer. We needed to move her sofa bed (currently also her bed) from one side of the room to the other to create enough space for a hospital bed - Ms I asked if we could keep the sofa as a bed (rather than fold it back to its sofa form) so that she could continue to sleep on it.

After a bit of a tidy up of the paperwork that had been under the sofa, and a move of a second chair into a corner, our task was complete. Ms I was very grateful for our assistance, and now understood a bit better why we'd appeared at her front door, and hopefully this will now allow the referrer to get the new bed delivered and make life a bit more comfortable for her.
