15 members from 8 GoodGym areas rocked up at South Norwood Country Park, despite it being Deep South, that did not deter Richmond and Tower Hamlets members Arron and Tracey despite the early start.

Members from Southwark, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, Bromley and Croydon, your participation was as much appreciated as Tracey and Arran's just that they had to travel from a bit further. You know I love you all and it would have been possible without you being there!

Congratulations to Vic first female finisher and Lucy J who is listed as third female finisher but shared the same time with the second female finisher but our Lucy J was the pacer so understandable.

Top performances from all the volunteers despite the cold and windy conditions you came out and delivered with a smile on your faces. While some headed off to do the double some even managed a triple, keeping the January challenge alive and GoodGym's overall target of 80,000KMS and 6,000 good deeds in sight.

Why not celebrate with us on Tuesday, following our group run we'll be heading over to the Brick Layer's Arm for our first social of the year and it's pub quiz night!! Come and join us!!
