Anchors away
What a lovely warm glow there was at GoodGym this evening.
We welcomed Michelle back after a very busy few weeks followed by a huge GG congratulation to Gill for her LUNAR-TIC marathon on Saturday evening together with Belinda fresh from the roads in Essex , Beth from her London commute, Nick who was eternally grateful for being rescued from his computer and finally our very pretty park ranger, Keith.
Welcome readers .. Not a weather warning but a thought provoking programme of puns to entertain you today
Gill takes the credit for the title pun with willing contributors from Beth, Belinda and Michelle for some of the classics to follow and Keith gets a mention for his consistent appreciation of our wit and humour.
Gravelling not grovelling in the flower beds
Weeding together with raking in a mere ton or so of shingle ( no exaggeration :)) was our task tonight
Suns out .. guns out
The moment that Keith started to flex his muscles and shift the gravel out of his truck was the moment the sun came out for a warm and welcoming workout.
Love our park(s) run
Once we made made the anchor gardens look bigger, better and brighter we just had 1 more task which was to articulate our love for our local parks in honour of ' Love our parks ' week on the wonderful heart shaped board Keith sprang up with.
Ships away
After some giggles and glorious glamour of the photo shoot we lifted the anchor and it was off to the horizon for a beach run followed by some fitness training action.
Sunny south coast brings a sunny mind
Another wonderful evening in Sunny Worthing brought the usual Monday fix of combining exercise with a great deed
Drop the anchor ships away
