Mr T was still trying to shake off his "flu", so was a little under the weather this afternoon, but he'd enjoyed a few more good results with the turf accountants which had brightened his mood immensely, albeit his "high point" of the week had been a race at the Goodwood Festival where his pick had been beaten by a 150-1 outsider...as he said to me "you would have heard me laughing all the way over in Bethnal Green!!".

No outside bets with this week's basket filling - a wander down to M&S for soup, Tesco for beefburgers and trusty Lidl for the rest - he even had a few carrots left over from last week's shop, so I got those to take home to improve my eyesight.
