Meet outside Mottingham Community Centre at 10:30am for a 30-minute group session to start/improve your running!
🚶♀️🏃 Sessions will be a mixture of walking and light jogging.

👍 If you can't come one week, that's not a problem. You can complete the session in your own time.
📍 Some weeks there will be a task directly at the end of the session, so we will end the session in a slightly different place to where we started (but never that far away).
