About this session

We will meet at 1000 Trades before walking up to the cemetery to do some gardening with Josie from the JQ Trust.

After the task there will be an option of a 5k run around the jewellery Quarter and or taking in the canals.

Walkers are very welcome to join.

Everyone is welcome, remember nobody is left behind.

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Jonny Carter by email at jonny@goodgym.org.

Options are available to run between 5km and 6km in total.

Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
