We are really excited to be running another video fitness session using Zoom. Expect lots of cardio and body weight work in a fun 35 minute session. Fill up a rucksack for an extra challenge that you can use in the session with body weight exercises and to use as a substitute for weights as well. I will be filling mine with water bottles and tins of soup!
All GoodGymmers + housemates + partners + pets are welcome to join in!
