It's Tuesday so it's a group run (and walk), meeting in (and returning to) Workout on Welsh Back - gloves are normally needed, you have been warned!
We’re helping out at St Werburgh’s Community Centre so they’re ready for their event.
Changing facilities, lockers and loos are available at Workout Harbourside - bring your own padlock as Workout aren’t lending them anymore. Otherwise it’s just an er. And we’re allowed to meet up in Workout to head out just before 6.30 so an incentive to arrive by 6.20 even if it's raining!
We pop into ClubHaus at Workout for a drink after the run/walk - anything from a pot of tea to a pint of something local to a glass of water - so we can talk even more!
Based in St Werburghs in East-Central Bristol, we serve the local communities of Lawrence Hill, Ashley and Easton wards and communities of interest across the city. The Centre is managed by the St Werburgh’s Community Association, which aims to provide meeting spaces and facilities for individuals, community groups and voluntary organisations.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Melanie Young (she/her) by email at melanie@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 4km and 6km in total.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
