Welcome to WWF x GoodGym’s Workout for Nature
From 7th April WWF and GoodGym are collaborating on hundreds of sessions to celebrate Earth Day. Each session will involve a Workout for Nature - a physical volunteering activity which will benefit local green spaces, and give your own wellbeing a boost. Simply sign up below and come along. No experience required!
Join us for our weekly group run and task.
The task this week is back with the Newton Garden Community, finishing off a bit more bug hotel work as well as putting up wire for raspberries.
We will meet at the Phoenix on Gandy Street where we have access to a secure area for bags and belongings, as well as cycle racks if you’d prefer to cycle.
What to bring - Please bring gardening-type gloves (spares are provided though), and consider wearing visible clothing as it’ll get a bit dark towards the end of the task.
Provides Veg and fruit etc for neighbours and anyone willing to help on this project.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at exeter@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 1km and 2km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
