We'll be meeting with SUSTRANS Volunteer John Kirkwood to help keep Sheffield's walking, running and cycling routes spic and span and improve Active Travel routes for all.
We'll be meeting John at a spot on the National Cycle Network (NCN) that he has identified as being in need of some gg love and attention.

Please bring your own gloves and a head torch, so we can get straight to the task and get stuck right in!
Sustrans are engineers and educators, experts and advocates. They connect people and places, create liveable neighbourhoods, transform the school run and deliver a happier, healthier commute. Sustrans works in partnership, bringing people together to find the right solutions. They make the case for walking and cycling by using robust evidence and showing what can be done. Sustrans are grounded in communities and believe that grassroots support combined with political leadership drives real change, fast.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Tom Mutton by email at tomm@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 3km and 4km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
