18 GoodGymers took part in our Sunday Funday #ggfitnesschallenge, playing a round of fitness cards!
Welcome Rachel who joined us for the first time! We hope to have you along soon again!
So to make out lockdown Sunday a bit more fun we decided to play a game of cards and getting fit at the same time! Our challenge was to pick out 10 cards from a regular deck of cards.
Black card meant BURPEES (as many as the number of the card)
Red cards meant SQUATS
Picture card meant 20 CRUNCHES
Joker meant 30 STAR JUMPS
I totally loved seeing what challenges the cards gave you! You all smashed it!
Lizzie ended up doing 76 squats! That's a great hand!
Big shout out Jo who didn't have a deck of cards at home but got her friend to join her via Zoom to take part in the challenge and deal the cards out virtually! Dedication!
Tracey ended up with 20 crunches, 27 burpees and 20 squats but as she was clearly aiming higher she continued to pick out cards after she had completed the first 10. Fantastic effort!
