4 GoodGymers ran a Summery Lunch Time Run Club in Central London!!
Breaking up the day with a top Running break is always a good way to brighten the day! This week we headed over to the speedy paths of St James’s Park to warm up the race way for the marathon runners on Sunday!
A light jog and mobility drills to get us ready to roll before we set about a range of multi paced accelerations sure to get the heart pumping but controlled by the short distance of each repetition. Working as a rely, then in a small group we worked up and down our running pace spectrums to discover paces sometimes we hide away.
Great effort on the running reps and top quality speed on show in a high paced session!
Hope it gave everyone the booth of energy for the rest of the day!
See you next week same time and place.
Smooth Running
